Supported Networks

Bitcoin mixer · 5 networks · chain types and confirmation rules

Northmix is a Bitcoin mixer and crypto tumbler that operates across five networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Litecoin and Solana. Each network enforces its own address format, confirmation policy and explorer, and Northmix performs a shape check on every payout address before it is accepted. The full list of assets mapped to these networks is on the supported assets page, and the mixing flow is on the how it works page.

Why multiple networks matter for a Bitcoin mixer

The Bitcoin mixer is the core path, but privacy does not stop at BTC. Many users hold stablecoins (USDT, USDC) on Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain and want the same break of the on-chain link when moving those coins. Northmix treats each network as a first-class mixing target with its own confirmation policy, so the same no-KYC, no-logs posture applies whether you are mixing BTC, ETH, USDC on Ethereum or SOL on Solana. The full multi-asset picture is on the crypto tumbler page.

Address formats

Each network enforces its native address format. Northmix performs a shape check only; full checksum and on-chain validation are a service responsibility.

Confirmation policy

The number of confirmations required before a transaction is considered settled is network-specific and listed in the table above. Faster networks (BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum) need more confirmations because their block times are shorter; Bitcoin needs only three because each Bitcoin confirmation is, on average, ten minutes.

Explorer links

The result screen links to the relevant explorer for the selected network:

Explorer links open in a new tab with rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" and the referrer is suppressed, so the explorer does not learn that you came from Northmix. This is part of the no-logs posture described on the privacy and security pages.

Always send only the selected asset on the selected network. Sending another asset or using a different network may result in permanent loss.
